How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps :

1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart–

2. ‘In My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 5-7 working days once your order is shipped from our side and the delivery time may exceed depending on your order location.

What if I am not at home and my product arrives?

You can contact our customer care for re attempt for delivery.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

No you cannot change shipping address once order it placed.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Iconic assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please contact our customer care.

I am looking for a particular brand how can I find it?

You can search for the brand through the search box provided on every page. Alternatively, if you want to shop for a particular brand in a category, you can search under brand section.

My Order Is Marked Delivered But I Havent Received It. What Should I Do?

All Disputes Regarding Delivery Need To Be Raised Within 72 Hours Of Your Order Being Marked Delivered. No Action Or Investigation Will Be Feasible If 72 Hours Have Passed Since Your Order Was Marked Delivered.

How Do I Pay Using A Credit/Debit Card?

We Accept Payments Made Using Visa, Mastercard And Maestro Debit Cards. To Pay Using Your Debit Card At Checkout, You Will Need Your Card Number, Expiry Date (Optional For Maestro Cards), Three-Digit Cvv Number (Optional For Maestro Cards).
